This website counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics. The apps themselves have no telemetry.

spf13 Labs (Steve Francia) runs spf13labs.com. This page covers the website. Each app explains its own data handling on its own page.

What this site does

  • Analytics. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. Cloudflare Web Analytics sets no cookies. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) and handles that data under the Google privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on or with any blocker.
  • No ads. The site shows no ads.
  • Self-hosted fonts and scripts. Fonts, styles and the site’s own scripts are served from spf13labs.com. The only third-party scripts are the analytics above and, on pages with a direct Buy button, Lemon Squeezy’s checkout.
  • Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard request data (such as your IP address) to deliver pages.

When you buy something

  • Desktop apps bought directly are sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. On pages with a direct Buy button, the site loads Lemon Squeezy’s checkout script, and Lemon Squeezy handles your payment details under the Lemon Squeezy privacy policy.
  • Web apps such as Qrisp take payment inside the app through Stripe, under the Stripe privacy policy.
  • Mac App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

spf13 Labs receives what those providers share with sellers to fulfil an order, such as your name, email and what you bought, and uses it only to deliver and support your purchase.
